ArmadaCare's solution includes a comprehensive 24/7 program to support our members in a medical crisis when at home or traveling. When an emergency occurs, we rapidly engage our team of ER physicians and nurses to coordinate and manage the medical situation, regardless of when and where it occurs. We guide members through the emergency room experience, helping them make decisions, ask good questions, and find the best local care if traveling abroad.
Additional Travel Medical Support
Pre-trip Medical Planning: We can provide pre-travel medical planning and coordination to ensure executives travel prepared. This is especially important for those who have existing medical issues. We provide contact information for pre-qualified specialists they may need, pharmacy and other important emergency medical information.
Air Ambulance Services: Our program includes a premier 24/7 domestic and international air transportation service at no additional cost to the executive or the company when an executive is hospitalized more than 150 miles away from home.
On-line Personal Health Records: ArmadaCare's program includes a secure medical records repository that is password protected, but accessible on-line in case of medical emergency. Members carry a bright red wallet card that helps ER physicians access valuable information, even if the member is unconscious. This information can sometimes make a life saving difference.
