ExecFlex supplements a company's core health plan and expands the overall coverage beyond its limitations; up to $100,000 annually. These tax-free* benefits for members and their families cover medical, dental and vision expenses and other 213 medically necessary expenses.

  • Policy and coverages are designed to be similar to a “fully insured Flex Plan” with reimbursement for most 213 eligible expenses (few exceptions)
  • Medical necessity standards more liberally defined by the IRS, than the norm for underlying health plan providers
  • Reimbursement for expenses of the company’s health plan, among them deductibles, coinsurance amounts and out-of-network costs
